All our October group (and their luggage) arrived in Florence today with no problems except for some minor flight delays. After settling into our apartments we did a brief walk to the Duomo (cathedral) and back to get a first look at the city. Dinner was great at Nerone's, one of our neighborhood restaurants, and we finished off the evening with gelato (Italian ice cream) at Tullio's.
