We walked over to "Oltrarno" again today for our noon cooking class at InTavola. Chef Alessandro had us mixing, chopping and pasta making in short order. Everyone was hands-on as we prepared an eggplant antipasto, potato and herb ravioli and the most famous Italian dessert - tiramisu. Then we went down to the wine cellar and enjoyed eating our culinary creations. They say "a picture is worth a thousand words" so take a look at our day in Florence - enjoy! More later . . .
